Custom orders take 1 to 3 weeks to process the order, (making product and shipping). Please remember this when ordering, if you need an item by a certain time, contact me before purchase.

During holiday seasons this time may increase, please check with me before ordering.

The custom order will be place in your name under “custom orders”, you will have 5 days to make the purchase. After 5 days it will be removed from custom orders. Making of the custom order will not begin until the purchase has processed through Etsy.

Washing instructions are listed in the product description. The yarns and fibers I use are natural and can be washed by hand, due to the delicate nature of the items. If the item is not washable, it will be noted in description.

Most products at Bubbles & Cotton are made of natural fibers, using cottons, alpaca and wool. The fiber content is listed in the description of each product, along with the care of the product.

Although I prefer using natural fibers, due to cost and availability I may occasionally use other content of yarn and fabric in my designs. This will be noted in the description.

If your order is custom, you can choose fiber content (price may vary depending on the cost of the yarn/fabric).

Sizes are listed under product information. Because my products are all hand made, a slight variation is possible.
